t h e d i s t r i c t
This is one of the loveliest districts of Budapest. Since it is in the heart of the city, every monument and historic building may be reached by walk, bus, tram or underground. A lot of theaters, concert halls, museums, the Opera and Operetta Theater are on a few steps from the apartment.

There are many restaurants, tea houses, bars in the district, especially on the Liszt Ferenc Square and the Andràsi avenue. Luxury shops, stores (clothes, decoration, designers, furniture, arts and hairdresser), and groceries open 24/7, bakeries, greengrocers are in the streets neighbouring the apartment.

t h e B u i l d i n g
The building was erected in the first years of the last century. Many painters lived and worked (and still live and work) in this place. Today, the building is qualified as historic building. The reconstruction was started partly. Unfortunately reconstruction of the façade and circular gallery has not started yet. The stairway on the side of the entrance was renovated in 2003.

f u r n i t u r e
The totally reconstructed apartment is friendly and fully equipped. It is decorated in the style of the 70s. The floor of the main room is made of Hungarian beech. The furniture is fastidious. There are cable TV with 70 channels and a remotely controlled hi-fi tower with CD player and tape recorder in the living room. For personal clothes there are wardrobes with clothespins. The living room is heated by a gas convector. The entrance door is totally new with security metal charge. There are original double windows. The apartment looks to the quite and simple courtyard.

There is a gallery for two persons with two pieces of hard mattresses of size 0,80m x 2,00m. In the corner of the living room a suite of furniture may be formed to a comfortable bed for two persons of size 1,35m x 2,00m. We furnish sheets and covers.

k i t c h e n a n d s a n i t a r y B l o c k
The kitchen was formed in a small corridor. Its furniture is practical.

There are a lavatory and a big shower cabin with faucet with thermostat (the temperature of the water may be arranged in advance). We give towels.

p a r k i n g
Parking is possible on the street. (The parking is chargeable on workdays, and free of charge from Friday evening to Monday morning.) On weekdays, there is a possibility to leave the car on a guarded parking place (HUF 1500 per day) very close from the apartment.
